Beautiful vintage creamer from the Wheeling Decorating Company in West Virginia, which was known as one of the premier decorators of pottery, china, and porcelain in the first half of the twentieth century; raised design of florals and birds in gold on a fine china creamer; mark on bottom in red diamond reads "Wheeling Dec. Co. W. Va."; Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks; Measures approximately 3" x 2-3/4" x 3-1/2"
